The Graystone GrandePalazzo senior living facility was developped from a former hospital. Now there is to be more living spaces for seniors.
This was a parking lot along Eighth Avenue. There will be a 300,000 foot building built here that will connect with the current senior housing via an enclosed bridge over Eighth Avenue.
The addition is to be metal frame, with masonry exterior, covered with stucco.
The plan is to include a rooftop patio, a half basketball court, and an indoor-outdoor lounge on the roof.
