Photos taken on 9 April 2022. The building is a rectangular concrete structure with the main entrance on the north side of the building. A small memorial is located to the east of the main entrance on the north side. Parking is found to the north. Steps and an ADA compliant ramp leads to the plaque. The plaque says, "City of Cypress City Hall Expansion and Renovation April 2006 Lydia Sondhi, Mayor Phil Luebben, Mayor Pro Tem Frank S. McCoy, Jr., Council Member Mike McGill, Council Member Todd W. Seymore, Council Member Kamran Dadbeh, Asst. City Engineer (Project Manager) Douglass A. Dancs, Public Works Director David J. Norman, City Manager Celebration 50 years of progress 1956-2006"
