Photos taken on 9 April 2022. It was completed by Dave Chapple in 2008. It's made of bronze and is in the shape of a bald eagle. It was given as "a gift to the city of Cypress to honor our armed forces from friends of Cypress Cultural Arts". Stands about 15 feet tall on a concrete platform.
