"Northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the section on Highway B, south and east of Boonville, Missouri about six miles; adjoining the grounds of Mt. Herman Baptist Church.
"The cemetery adjoins the church yard. No records of burials remain, having been lost in a fire at a church member's home. There are 123 recorded graves with markers; and probably many more unmarked graves If these records are correct, the earliest burial was in 1859. This cemetery was also canvassed on 02 May 1961 by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Any changes attributable to this canvass are denoted in blue. Entries from the State of Missouri Death Records are given in orange. Some records were submitted by family members, Mrs. Paul Morrow of Boonville, Missouri; or from E. J. Melton's "History of Cooper County Missouri"." ~ Cooper MoGenWeb
