There is a basketball court at the 10.4-acre
Lower Tilda B. Stone Fields in the Dodgeville neighborhood of Attleboro, Massachusetts. It is at the northeast point of the park in a large wedge of land between a hill north towards South Main Street and active railroad
tracks to the east. There is no accessible/paved route from the closest parking area - about 100 yards away across grass playing fields - to the boundary of the basketball court.
The bituminous surface is unpainted except for white boundary lines, free throw lanes, and center court circle. The James Naismith-invented sport activity zone consists of two goals, in this case: plain white, fan-shaped backboards with standard orange hoops and white nylon nets mounted to 4-inch galvanized steel posts that are painted blue.
