De voormalige Pius X-school aan de Rembrandtlaan in Woerden is volledig gerenoveerd.
Op de begane grond bevind zicht lokale omroep RPL en diergezondheidscentrum De Limes.
Op de eerste en tweede etage zijn er 4 appartementen van ca. 64m2 en 3 appartementen van ca. 115m2 gerealiseerd.
Iedere woning beschikt over een eigen warmtepomp installatie en het gehele dak ligt vol met zonnepanelen.
