The Breakfast Nook in Midtown Coeur d'Alene has a small, but varied menu. In addition to the regular ham n' eggs combos and pancakes, they offer pork cutlet, razor clams, and calamari with eggs combos. Their hashbrowns come as a collection of mixed crispness with seasoning and their toast comes with freezer jam. Country gravy and salsa is available for anyone who needs to smother their breakfast.
The building where the Breakfast Nook is located started as an A&W, but has housed a motorcylce dealership and a sports bar in recent years. The Nook has given the place a country kitchen remodel (You can't escape the roosters). The prices on all of their breakfasts are hard to beat, but if you're really looking for a bargain they are great about splitting plates (two orders of toast) or try their petite breakfast menu.
Breakfast is always available, but the Breakfast Nook is closed on Wednesdays.
