Der Kanaldeckel befindet sich in der Wassergasse in Baden bei Wien. Ein Teil dieser Straße ist eine Fußgängerzone. Die Fußgängerzone umfasst auch einen kleinen Teil der Neustiftgasse und genau an dieser Kreuzung ist dieser Kanaldeckel zu finden. Die Beschriftung lautet:

Der Kanaldeckel zeigt außerdem das Wappen der Stadt Baden und eine Weinranke mit einer Traube.
Um den Kanaldeckel herum wurden verschiedenfarbige Pflastersteine verlegt, die auf den ersten Blick wie eine Kompassrose aussehen, aber tatsächlich ist es ein Stern mit einem weißen Zentrum um den Kanaldeckel, drei weiße Pfeile und drei graue Pfeile. Der Zwischenraum zwischen den Pfeilen ist mit roten Steinen ausgefüllt und rundherum ist noch ein Kreis aus grauen Pflastersteinen.

The manhole cover is located in Wassergasse in Baden bei Wien. A part of this street is a pedestrian zone. The pedestrian zone also includes a small part of Neustiftgasse and it is exactly at this intersection that this manhole cover can be found. The inscription reads:

The manhole cover also shows the coat of arms of the city of Baden and a vine tendril with a grape.
Around the manhole cover were laid different colored paving stones, which at first glance look like a compass rose, but in fact it is a star with a white center around the manhole cover, three white arrows and three gray arrows. The space between the arrows is filled with red stones and around it is still a circle of gray paving stones.
