Smithsonian Art Inventory"An abstract sculpture consisting of a supporting element and a superstructure or "floating element." The supporting element is an inverted "L" shape. The floating element is supported by two bars welded to each end of the inverted "L." These support a net-like element made of hand-bent wire. To this wire net is attached two beam elements. One is straight and one is "V"-shaped. The straight element is supported by the mesh net and passes between the open end of the "V." The sculpture is bolted to a flat foundation."
