FR Cette information est présente sur un panneau classique de bifurcation destiné aux randonneurs. Il indique :
  • le nom de l'endroit où l'on se trouve
  • les différentes destinations possibles
  • les distances vers ces destinations avec des temps estimés
  • l'altitude actuelle
  • les coordonnées GPS de l'endroit (pour les plus récents).
Ce panneau est à proximité de la mairie de Ganagobie, et comme d'autres dans le même secteur, la direction pointant vers le sud est marqué de la coquille de St Jacques de Compostelle et la partie pointant vers le nord porte le signe du pape puisque cette voie était autant utilisée par les pèlerins se dirigeant vers Compostelle que ceux allant à Rome, dans l'autre direction.

This panel is near the town hall of Ganagobie, and like others in the same area, the direction pointing south is marked with the shell of Santiago de Compostela and the part pointing north bears the sign of the pope since this way was used as much by the pilgrims heading towards Compostela as those going to Rome, in the other direction.
