The Douglass Family marker is a tall zinc marker with panels on each of the four sides. Located in the East Unity Cemetery along East Unity Road.

This marker is approximately six feet tall with a casing of an urn on the top. There are four flat spaces, one on each of the four sides to add bolt on panels. The west facing side has the Douglass family name cast into the base and a bundle of cut grain in raised relief on the panel. The opposite side panel has the inscription: "George Douglass Died Nov. 3, 1890, Aged 83 Years, (separated with a ribbon) Jemima K. Douglass, Died Nov.10, 1897, Aged 73 Years, 5 Months. The south facing side reads: "Samuel W. Douglass, Died Oct.21, 1896, Aged 42 years, 3 Mons., 18 Days. (ribbon) Thomas J. Douglass, Died Dec.12,1865, Aged 5 years, 5 Mos., 8 Days. (ribbon) Infant". George and Jemima were the parents of Thomas and Samuel siblings. The other side was left blank.
