The National Register's Registration Form (see below) notes the house's 1948 construction and describes its architecture as "Minimal Traditional". It's a modern home with an L-floorplan, with wood siding and modern shingles, with a separate (Contributing) garage facing Denton St. As the original owner is listed as the First Baptist Church at 400 W Oak, presumably, it was a parsonage, and of interest is that the house next door, constructed in 1951 (and also Contributing), also belonged to the First Baptist Church. Perhaps they had two parsonages, or perhaps they moved on from the first one.
