"Miriam Denise Eaton, 64,of Boonville, passed away at Boone Hospital Center following a short illness.
Miriam Denise Eaton was born Oct. 5, 1950, in Aberdeen, Maryland, the daughter of Harold Owens and Eleanor Lewis Owens. She married Mel Eaton June 21, 1969 and they are the parents of two children. Miriam and Mel moved to Boonville in 1977 in order to co-pastor the Foursquare Church, later to become the Firm Foundation Foursquare Church, at its present location. Miriam had worked at Ellis Fischel and the University Hospital for nineteen years as a patient service representative. Her laid back personality allowed for a compatible and positive partnership with her husband to co-minister their church, which has been a positive influence on the lives of many families and individuals in the area over the past thirty eight years. Her family, including 'Buddy' her Maltese Dog, as well as the church family, were of utmost importance to her." ~ Boonville Daily News
