This World War II monument is located at Saints Philip and James Cemetery on Route 388 near New Castle, Pennsylvania. The monument is a plaque affixed to a cement base with a list of members of Saint Philip and James Roman Catholic Church who served in World War II. The plaque also includes images of a cross and a soldier. It is located in the middle of a small traffic circle at the north end of the cemetery. The text of the marker says:
