It's not even faux Middle English -- we likely would have seen "thy" instead of "your" if that was the attempt -- and we'll never know where the sculptor got that extra [e]. This is a common tree trunk monument placed by the Woodmen of the World, with the tools of the woodmen -- the hatchet, mallet, and wedge -- above a Dove of Peace, and the inscription scroll reads:
