The building, the headquarters of the Foundation Management, was designed in 1879 by the architect Jenaro de la Fuente Domínguez. Eclectic in style, it has a virtuoso work of stonework and has two facades connected by a chamfer, highlighted with cast iron viewpoints. At the end, the ornamentation is accentuated, with characteristic and varied vases. Tradition and avant-garde have been combined in the rehabilitation of this building for a new multifunctional use. It has more than 13,000 m2 of surface distributed on five floors.
We offer the rental of its spaces to public and private entities, as well as to non-governmental organizations that carry out activities in accordance with our philosophy. These spaces available for rent are: an auditorium, a conference room, four separate meeting rooms, a reception hall, a covered garden and several areas for stands, classrooms and exhibition halls.
