Corner building, consisting of ground floor and two floors. The building is made with granite from the area and presents slight variations with respect to the original project.
The facades are treated autonomously but follow a similar compositional rhythm, they are articulated through a rounded chamfer, topped with a dome that receives preferential treatment. Both facades are organized around a central body, framed by padded pilasters on which a triangular pediment is placed. On the Policarpo Sanz façade, this central body has been distorted by adding an attic, also transforming the roof.

As for the ornamentation, as is characteristic of eclecticism, the treatment of each floor is individualized. The decorative elements are placed on the lintels or upper area of ??the arches, corbels, false keystones, re-enclosure of the openings, coronation breastplate, etc. Within this ornamentation, we must highlight the pronounced corbels, which are characteristic of the French architect, in this case they support the continuous balustrade on the first floor and the balconies on the second floor. These corbels are made up of large dice with a decorated front, and some very ornate hanging rosettes. Also noteworthy are the large granite balconies, frequently used by the architect.

The crowning of the building is made by means of a breastplate only interrupted by the triangular pediment, distorted on the Policarpo Sanz façade by the addition of the attic.
It is also interesting to highlight the foundry work of the galleries throughout the house.
