Building between party walls, originally intended for residential use. It shows a discreet and elegant eclecticism. Its facade is simple and symmetrical in composition, formed by two large lateral pilasters that go from the first to the third floor, on which they support an entablature. The coronation auction is made with a stone breastplate, in which small triangular pediments are embedded that correspond to the openings, on the breastplate there is a neo-baroque pediment attic, with rosettes on the front of the lower scrolls.
The composition of the façade is highlighted by the set of balconies, which reduce its flatness. As for the ornamentation, the attention paid to the support brackets of the balconies stands out, as well as the differentiation of ornamentation by plants.
