The datasheet's description will get you there, but technically, approach the church's main entry from Magnolia Street, keeping an eye on the Texas Historical Marker to the right (north) of the concrete staircase. Climb the steps, go to the north end, and look down on the runner. As of this posting, there was a planter in front of the disk, which was placed here just two years after this church was constructed.
