Mt. Olive Methodist Episcopal Church (and Cemetery) is on a rough country road in the middle of nowhere... er, Ellis County, about six miles (as the crow flies) from Ft. Supply. The cemetery was created in 1903 when a corner of the William Blakely homestead was donated for the burial of Thomas Morris Alexander. This church soon followed, with land deeded to the church in 1910. The cemetery has about two hundred and twenty grave sites, with the Alexander family well represented. There is no signage at the church, and no indication of when (or even if) services are currently held here.
