An hourglass on the 17th century memorial monument to Francis and Alexander Worth in St Petrock's church, Exeter. The hourglass (top left of monument) is being held by a cherub.
Francis died in 1675 and his wife Anna in 1686. Alexander died in 1680. It is made of Ashburton stone.
Francis and Alexander Worth were sons of Henry Worth Esq of Worth, Devon. Francis was a member of the Common Council of Exeter.
