WWI memorial plaque in St Petrock's church, Exeter, consisting of a nowy headed white marble tablet with black marble frame. The inscription is incised in black. There is a white latin cross enclosed within a golden laurel wreath with inscription below -
TO THE GLORY OF GOD & IN
EVER LOVING AND GRATEFUL
REMEMBRANCE OF THE MEN
OF S. PETROCK'S & S. KERRIAN'S
WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR
RIGHT & FREEDOM IN THE
GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918. THIS
TABLET WAS ERECTED & OUR
ANCIENT BELLS WERE RESTORED

The tablet was designed and made by Messrs. J. Wippell and Co. of Exeter and unveiled on the 3rd December 1922 by the Mayor of Exeter (Mr. P. F. Rowsell).
