This clock tower provides a permanent home for the bell and clock, which once adorned the 1894 Waller County Courthouse which was demolished in 1954 to make room for a new building.

This tower, located on the SW corner of the Waller County Courthouse square was completed in 2012. It holds four clock faces. The mechanism that powers the four clocks is visible in the base of the tower behind glass.

The clock faces are in a metal dome. The faces are recessed. The faces are white and the hands and Roman numerals are black.
