The somber black granite bench Is located on the northeast corner of the Vanderburgh County Courthouse grounds in downtown Evansville, Indiana. The monument consists of an engraved slab of black granite on a pedestal.
The front of the monument reads as follows:
"TAN SON NHUT ASSOCIATION
"ALL INCLUDED, NONE EXCLUDED"
