This trailhead is a good alternative when things are too busy at the south end of Rifle Road. The grooming here is not as good as it is to the south but there are more trails to explore, heading north towards the Ottawa River. Head north on the Greenbelt Pathway West to the NCC (National Capital Commission) trail #10.
