This monument was dedicated in Warder Park on 30 May 1955. It consists of a mortared wall of square and rectangular stone blocks with a doorway in a raised bed of the same construction.
It honors all veterans who served.
The United Spanish War Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars, The American Legion placed the memorial, which was dedicated in 1955.
At some point later, the American War Mothers Clark County IN Chapter 66 added a memorial flagpole behind the memorial. The flagpole is dedicated to The Memory of Our Beloved Sons.
