Horizontal disk set in the ground in the Nisqually John Habitat Management Unit in Whitman County, WA. The marker is 1 foot NE of a witness post and was placed in 1976.

The marker is near the geocache Hawk's Landing Traditional Geocache GC947CQ. It is a little over 100 feet west of GZ and the witness post can be seen from the site of the geocache when looking west.

There is another survey marker about 20 feet north of this marker. It is a small marker in the top of a bent pipe with the stamp "310-7C 1976." It is adjacent to a witness post laying on its side on the ground.
