This Eagle Scout Project is steps leading from the parking area to the playground in Blue Jay Point County Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. The park is open 8 Am until sunset 7 days a week. The steps with handrails are constructed from wood and is about four feet wide. The plaque on the post reads:
