Photos taken on 25 November 2021. The memorial consists of a flagpole with a small bronze plaque at the base. Surrounding it is a small mosaic in red, white, and blue colors. The plaque says, "Dedicated to Dorene & Lee Butler, in honor and appreciation of all military families and their valiant service to our country November 2014"
