The Globe Mine Rescue Station is a small, one-story Mission Revival style rescue facility located at the south side of Globe, Arizona on US Highway 60. Originally used as a base for mine rescue operations and training exercises, the Station has been used as a museum since 1972. It includes a residence/administration area and prominent, front-facing garages for rescue equipment. The building retains most of its original character, including Mission Revival details, its siting, and its location, having had only minor alterations and unobtrusive additions, since its construction in 1919-1920.
