The cross is located at the grave of Dennis Watkin and Sarah Jane McDonald, in the churchyard of Saint Martin's Parish Church.

Saint Martin's Church is situated on the corner of Audley Road and Crown Bank, in the village of Talke. It is and Anglican Church in the in the Diocese of Lichfield.

The decorative Celtic cross has an intricate raised design of circles, spiral, spheres and vine scrolls that twist up the front stem and the arms of the cross.
Celtic cross is essentially a Latin cross with a nimbus surrounding the intersection of the arms and stem. (visit link)
