Building also known as the Pazo del Marqués de Sargadelos, because it was Antonio Raimundo Ibáñez who had it built at the end of the s. XVIII. Neoclassical-style building with a rectangular floor plan and double height plus an attic, it is made of granite masonry and has a four-sided tile roof, with a porch with four pilasters on the main façade and above it a large Elizabethan-style balcony, cast in the old Sargadelos ovens, with four balconies with triangular pediments. On the left wall there is a tombstone alluding to the founder of Sargadelos. Inside it also houses another tombstone of the Marquis of Sargadelos and several canvases. Later the house was owned by the Casas family, owners of the Casas bank until its bankruptcy in 1934. It is currently the seat of the Ribadeo Town Hall.
