This Woodmen of the World monument is located in a community cemetery in Dunn, North Carolina. The Woodmen of the World emblem is on the upper most part of the monument resembling a tree trunk. It sits upon a granite two tiered sawed off logs with engraved lilies and ivy decorating it. The plaque reads:

SON OF
DR. W. L. & L. T. HUDSON

BORN DEC. 24, 1881
DIED JULY 13, 1903

TATE, YOU ARE NOT WITH US
NOW, BUT IN OUR LOSS WE
CLAIM MOTHER HAS ANOTHER
TIE IN HEAVEN.
WE WILL STRIVE TO MEET YOU
ON THE BRIGHT SHINING GLORY.
