Pomnik Starego Marycha – poznanski pomnik legendarnej, fikcyjnej postaci Starego Marycha (typowego Poznaniaka poslugujacego sie gwara poznanska), stworzonej przez Juliusza Kubla na potrzeby poznanskiej rozglosni Polskiego Radia. Sluchowiska czytal Marian Pogasz i to jego twarz posiada pomnikowy Stary Marych.
Pomysl ustawienia pomnika powstal w kregach poznanskiej redakcji „Gazety Wyborczej” w 1998 r. Postanowiono wtedy oglosic plebiscyt pod tytulem Poznaniak na cokól! Z wielu postaci (m.in. Cyryl Ratajski, Edward Raczynski, Wiktor Dega) w glosowaniu otwartym wybrano wlasnie Starego Marycha – jedyna proponowana postac fikcyjna. Autorem projektu zostal poznanski artysta, wychowany na Lazarzu – Robert Sobocinski. Odsloniecia dokonano 21 marca 2001 na pólnocnym krancu ul. Pólwiejskiej w centrum miasta. Byla to 90. rocznica urodzin Stanislawa Strugarka – popularyzatora gwary poznanskiej, pierwszy dzien wiosny oraz oficjalne otwarcie sezonu rowerowego. Rzezba przedstawia Marycha prowadzacego rower (z przewieszona przez kierownice tradycyjna poznanska teka), od strony tzw. Ceglorza (Zakladów Cegielskiego), w kierunku centrum.
Miejsce ustawienia pomnika doskonale wpisalo sie w potoki pieszych, podazajace deptakiem (ul. Pólwiejska). Rzezba jest popularnym miejscem wykonywania pamiatkowych zdjec z Poznania.

Stary Marych Monument - a Poznan monument to the legendary, fictional character of Stary Marych (a typical Poznanian who speaks the dialect of Poznan), created by Juliusz Kubel for the needs of the Polish radio station in Poznan. Sluchowiska was read by Marian Pogasz and it is his face that has the monumental Stary Marych.
The idea of ??placing the monument was created in the circles of the Poznan editorial office of "Gazeta Wyborcza" in 1998. It was then decided to announce a plebiscite under the title Poznaniak na plinth! Out of many characters (including Cyryl Ratajski, Edward Raczynski, Wiktor Dega), Old Marych was selected in an open vote - the only proposed fictional character. The author of the project was an artist from Poznan, brought up in Lazarz - Robert Sobocinski. The unveiling took place on March 21, 2001 at the northern end of ul. Pólwiejska in the city center. It was the 90th anniversary of the birth of Stanislaw Strugarek - the popularizer of the Poznan dialect, the first day of spring and the official opening of the cycling season. The sculpture shows Marych leading a bicycle (with a traditional Poznan portfolio hanging over the handlebars), from the side of the so-called Ceglorza (Zaklady Cegielskiego) towards the center.
The site of the monument fits perfectly into the pedestrian streams that follow the promenade (ul. Pólwiejska). The sculpture is a popular place for taking souvenir photos from Poznan.
