"The square in front of the Ogterop Theatre in Meppel has been enriched with the sculpture Harlekijn , a dancing character from the famous Italian folk drama Comedia dell'arte.
The harlequin was made by local artist Henni Wouda. She passed away at the beginning of December 2010. The artwork is a crowning achievement of her oeuvre.Henni Wouda enjoyed international fame as an artist."
