Named for William Waring, this is in one of the older sections of campus.
Student's post office facilities have always been located in the dining halls, as well as other common areas, such as meeting and activity rooms.
The Commons now include several eatery options as well as the cafeteries style eatery from the Penn State Opoly board game.
