This boot is hard to miss if you are traveling on route 11. This is about 4 feet tall and you can even see if it fits! The plaque says, "This commemorative boot is symbolic of the 1908 victory of four Waimea paniolo who reigned as World Champion steer ropers in the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo in Wyoming".
