"Greek goddess Hebe is mounted on an octagonal water fountain. She stands holding a pitcher in her proper right arm. She wears her hair back in a bun and is dressed in a full-length gown with drapery falling from her shoulders down her back. Eight curved basins of varying sizes and at three levels are attached to the sides of the base. The largest basins have scalloped exteriors. The fountain is set on a brick walkway and surrounded by a small curb and plantings."
