The Parks of Aledo trail features over 6 miles of beginner-friendly trail. The trail opened in 2018 and so far consists of five loops in a stacked-loop arrangement. It is well-marked with signage throughout, including 911 Emergency Location Point markers.

Short description of trail:
Blue, Yellow, Green, Orange, Grey, and Red Loop Trails connect to make a loop that is good for hiking, running, or biking. Great trail with diverse terrain. The trees and wooded area make it feel more remote, even though it's close to housing developments. Creek crossings, small meadows with wildflowers, and a beautiful overlook towards the end of the trail.
