The former Congregational Church built in 1868 is the fourth built on the site since the first was completed in 1838 and has the capacity to seat 250 people. The building is built from Dry Creek sandstone with very elaborate brick work.The window and door arches feature alternating red and black bricks and the cornices are constructed of red and blue bricks although somewhat faded . In 1978 the church became part of the Uniting Church of Australia.
