West of the Festival Marketplace and railroad tracks is a new development called The Ice House Project. The historic ice house building will be incorporated into the new venue that will include a creamery, coffee shop, brewery, and urban gardening.

At the center of the courtyard is a green grasshopper sculpture that kids will be able to interact with. It is approximately 12 ft long and 7 ft tall.
