"Álvaro José de Navia Osorio y Vigil (Puerto de Vega 1684- Oran 1732) was the third Marquis of Santa Cruz de Marcenado, and Viscount of Puerto de Vega (his hometown). In 1701 he married Francisca de Navia Montenegro and Lantoira, from the house of Marquesado de Ferrera, owner of the estates of the so-called Casa del Campo de Castropol, a house that from then on became the palace of the Marquis and in which the successive holders of the marquisate were born throughout the 18th century."
