Epiphany of Our Lord Orthodox Church is located in Blair Park at 105 E. Penn Street, Huntingdon, PA. It was consecrated as a mission parish on June 22, 1980. What is now an Orthodox church was once a deteriorating chapel that was first used in 1892 and would have been razed except for the faith and vision of a small group of Orthodox Christians in the Huntingdon area. Using their skills, personal resources, energies, and donations from churches throughout the diocese, this small group of faithful Orthodox Christians leased the deteriorated building from the Presbyterian Church and transformed it into a beautiful house of worship. It now provides a place of Orthodox worship for Juniata College students, for visitors to the area, and for summer visitors to Raystown Lake as well as for the small group of parish faithful. Although our schedule of services is irregular, we are thankful to be served by both Father Thomas Klein and Deacon Evangelos Prieston.
