The NC&STL 153 sits at the Cowan Railroad museum behind the historic Steam Locomotive #1. You can walk around it and when the museum it is possible to enter.

The following is from the Cowan Railroad Museum Webpage:

Former NC&StL bay window class NE8. After extensive research, it was discovered that the L&N used the caboose as a Radnor work train #42335, and the original NC&StL number was 153.

It was built from a worn out 1913 box car in the Nashville, Chattanoog & St. Louis’ own shops in Nashville, TN Cr. 1943. - http://cowanrailroadmuseum.org/artifacts/caboose.htm
