"To materialize the passage of the highway meeting the design requirements, a structure of 905 m in length is projected with two main spans of 160 m, one over the Navia estuary and the other in the adjacent reed area, and two viaducts of 341 and 244 m access. The width of the platform is 23.1 m, having designed a single deck for both carriageways of the highway to reduce the number of piles as much as possible. The main spans are made up of two lower deck arches each 160 meters wide, the arch being located in the middle. The access viaducts are resolved by means of a continuous straight concrete lintel, with standard spans of 75 m, built by successive cantilevers."
