Situado en los jardines del Altozano de la histórica plaza del Altozano, en pleno centro, es uno de los símbolos de la Ciudad de la Cuchillería.?
Fue inaugurado en 1998. Realizado en bronce, representa al típico cuchillero albaceteño ofreciendo la navaja de Albacete con su cinto lleno de navajas.
Está elevado sobre un pedestal junto con una placa con la siguiente inscripción: Albacete a sus cuchilleros. Año 1998. APRECU.
Es obra de los escultores Antonio Herreros y Llanos Flores, autora esta última también de la escultura Figura femenina, situada en los jardines de la Fábrica de Harinas de Albacete.

Located in the Altozano gardens of the historic Altozano square, right in the center, it is one of the symbols of the Ciudad de la Cuchillería.
It was inaugurated in 1998. Made in bronze, it represents the typical Albacete cutler offering the Albacete pocket knife with his belt full of knives.
It is raised on a pedestal along with a plaque with the following inscription: Albacete to its cutlers. Year 1998. APRECU.
It is the work of the sculptors Antonio Herreros and Llanos Flores, the latter also author of the sculpture Female Figure, located in the gardens of the Albacete Flour Factory.
