Op de hoek van de Langestraat-Damstraat staat nog steeds een oude stadspomp.
De verschillende stadspompen in Huissen verstrekten water aan de vele inwoners die zelf niet over een pomp of waterput beschikten en leverden bij brand bluswater.
Het is onduidelijk wanneer de pomp op de hoek Langestraat-Damstraat geplaatst is en of de huidige locatie de oorspronkelijke locatie is.
