"As part of a Rotary grant, we purchased and installed welcome signs and built flower boxes for Boland, Floral, Virginia Ave and EJ Theme parks in JC. Flower boxes were also built for CFJ Park and People's Park signs purchased by JC Partners and the Elk's Club, respectively."
