This beautilful sculpture by William Moyers is situated in the sculpture garden outside Albuquerque Museum.

William Moyers (1916 -2019) was known as an artist of "old west". Aa a young man he learned to break broncos and mend fences on a Colorado ranch.

The sculpture depicts a cowboy buttoning his jacket to protect himself for the wind and rain. The life of a cowboy was tough and har work.
