The Victory Bridge carries US 90 over the floodplain of the Apalachicola River in the Florida Panhandle, immediately below the Jim Woodruff Dam. It was originally built by the Masters and Mullen Construction Company out of Cleveland (Henry C. Masters and Claude F. Mullen). The original Victory Bridge, completed in 1922 at a cost of $1,000,000 USD, is no longer used, having been replaced by a high-level bridge slightly upstream that carries the same name.

It was in use for over 70 years and had a 100 foot draw bridge for allowing boat traffic up and down river. It was named the Victory Bridge as a recognition of the allied victory of World War I which had ended a few years earlier.

The Old Spanish Trail which crossed over the bridge was the first paved road to cross northwestern Florida. The Old Spanish Trail National Highway connected St. Augustine, Florida to San Diego, California. Portions of it are still visible and in use. The bridge was taken out of service in 1994.
